30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition.
How to Return
- Email us at gear@fanaloffroad.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back using your preferred carrier. We recommend insured shipping.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Warranty
Most products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Non-Returnable Items
Electrical components, custom-cut items, and products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Contact us before ordering if you have fitment questions.
