Q: Do your products fit my specific vehicle?
A: Many of our products are universal fit. For vehicle-specific items, the fitment is listed on the product page. If you're unsure, contact our team before ordering and we'll confirm compatibility.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard ground shipping takes 5–8 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Q: Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
A: Yes — for orders of 10+ units, click "Request Bulk Quote" on any product page or contact us directly at gear@fanaloffroad.com.
Q: Can I return an item I already installed?
A: Unfortunately installed items cannot be returned. We recommend confirming fitment and reading the product specs carefully before installation.
Q: Are these products brand new?
A: Yes, all Fanal products are brand new in original manufacturer packaging.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also contact us with your order number for a status update.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Q: What warranty do your products carry?
A: Most products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Returns & Warranty page for details.
